The North Schuylkill School District Workplace Safety Committee was implemented in December 2009 in accordance with The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Code, Title 34, Section 129 Workers’ Compensation Health and Safety. The purpose of the committee is to evaluate and remedy potential workplace hazards for the employees of the North Schuylkill School District. The committee meets monthly and obtains training and certification annually.
